inherent™ inherent™

inherently
adaptable

a radical new approach to partial-hand prostheses and augmentative devices - designed for you, whatever your scenario

Early-stage. Everything shown here is a concept render.

Concept render of the inherent™ partial-hand prosthesis, seen from the back of the hand, with the inherent mark on the dorsal shell.

Our partial-hand prosthesis is designed to adapt to every partial-hand amputation / limb difference

- our patented and modular control method is instinctive and simple - it's designed to be trained in less than 1 hour and restore function as quickly as possible.

No two hands are the same

Partial-hand limb differences vary enormously - in which fingers remain, how much of each, and how they move. inherent™ is designed to adapt to each one, rather than to a single fixed shape.

Built around you

The design is early and still moving. What is fixed is the principle: the device adapts to the hand, rather than asking the hand to adapt to the device.

Our modular, patented controls method is radically different - a simple, naturalistic approach with a focus on restoring function for every scenario.

Follow the build

Renders, test footage and the date we open prototype fittings. A few emails a year, nothing else.

Try the prototype

We are building a list of people to fit early prototypes with, alongside the clinicians who work with them. Tell us about your hand and we will come back to you.

We only use this to arrange prototype fittings. Nothing is shared with anyone outside inherent™.
